For more than two decades, I've worked across Africa and Europe helping people and communities navigate change through education, women's empowerment, social impact, and meaningful conversations.

My experience spans human trafficking prevention, survivor empowerment, social entrepreneurship, STEM mentorship, leadership development, and community building.

Today, Faith By Faith brings together my work as an author, educator, podcast host, speaker, and guide—creating practical resources that help people learn, grow, and navigate life's biggest transitions with confidence.

Throughout my career, I've worked across the non-profit, education, social enterprise, and international development sectors, partnering with communities across Africa and Europe to create opportunities for learning, empowerment, and sustainable change.

My work has included human trafficking prevention, survivor empowerment, women's leadership, social entrepreneurship, STEM mentorship, education, and community development. Every experience has reinforced one belief: lasting change begins when people have access to knowledge, opportunity, and hope.

Today, I continue that work through books, speaking, SisterSmarts, practical guidance, and community initiatives that help people learn, grow, and move forward with confidence.

Community Impact Through Kiva

One way I continue supporting women around the world is through our Kiva lending community. Together, we've helped fund nearly 300 loans across 33 countries, providing women with access to education, equipment, inventory, and opportunities to build stronger futures for themselves and their families.
